Lucentive is in rapid expansion. The first job is simple: keep the founder's daily coordination clean and turn ideas, notes, messages, and travel needs into action. At the same time, you help grow the company's public presence through consistent social media execution. Strong performers can grow from assistant work into broader operations, social growth, and eventually ownership of a venture project inside Lucentive.
Responsibilities
What you would own.
- Founder support
Manage calendar details, reminders, messages, follow-ups, errands, bookings, travel coordination, and the loose ends that slow down a fast week.
- Social media rhythm
Maintain a content calendar, draft captions, prepare posts, schedule publishing, track replies, and keep a simple record of what works.
- Content from raw material
Turn voice notes, screenshots, calls, and rough ideas into drafts, briefs, captions, or next actions the founder can review quickly.
- Research and briefings
Look up people, companies, events, tools, and social patterns. Summarize what matters in plain language.
- AI-assisted execution
Use AI for drafts, research, summaries, planning, translation, and creative options. We will onboard you, but you should be curious.
- Discretion
You will see personal details and company information. The role only works if discretion and clean judgment are natural to you.

Social media instinct
You understand cadence, captions, hooks, visual consistency, comments, and the difference between posting and growing.
You have helped manage a profile, content calendar, creator account, brand account, or campaign.
AI curiosity
You are interested in the AI transformation and want to learn how to use AI as part of daily work.
You have used AI tools for drafts, research, summaries, ideas, or planning, or you can show how you would start.
Useful background
You have worked close to a founder, executive, creator, busy household, or small company where priorities changed quickly.
You have planned or produced content for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, newsletters, or a similar channel.
You are comfortable with practical creative tools such as Canva, CapCut, Notion, Google Workspace, scheduling tools, or equivalents.
You have watched content performance and changed the next post because of what the audience actually did.
This is not an agency role. The first version is practical and direct; the growth path is real for someone who earns trust through execution.

Logistics

- Full-time direct contracting with the person doing the work. No agencies, recruiters, or intermediary staffing submissions.
- Trial
- We start with a paid one-month trial. If it works well for both sides, we extend for six months.
- Location
- Brazil-based. The role may include remote, travel, on-site, or live-in support depending on the written arrangement.
- Start
- ASAP. We are filling this now and will prioritize candidates who can start quickly.
