Lucentive · Hiring

Build the operating model around Enterprise AI.

Inside regulated enterprises, agents now write a growing share of the code. The hard part was never generating it. The hard part is everything around it: what context the agent draws on, which checks run before the output lands, who reviews it, and what the record looks like afterward. Current openings cover the technical system and the operating rhythm around it.

Open roles

Three roles across the system and the operating rhythm around it.

Role

Context Architect

You design how AI agents work under regulated-production standards: what they reuse, where they stop and a person reads, what the record looks like afterward. The role sits between the people who write the rules and the engineers who ship the code. Most weeks your output is the written design both sides build against.

Role

AI Engineer

You build the runtime, the extraction pipeline, and the evals behind AI agents built for regulated-production standards. The stack is Next.js and Convex. The bar is evals that have actually failed a build that should not have shipped.

How hiring runs here

What to expect at each step.

  1. Every application is read by the founder. You will hear back within five business days, including when the answer is no.

  2. The first round is a short written exchange. No calls or panels until both sides have decided the writing is worth more time.

  3. If the written exchange is useful, the next step is a short call. If that goes well, we move to a paid working trial on real work. No take-home exercise, no whiteboard.

We look forward to hearing from you.

A short note about the work you have done is enough. We read every application and respond within five business days.
