What moves an application forward.
Which role fits the work you can do now. We read for two kinds of evidence: shipped work (a repo, a design document, a content account, a system) and judgment (a call you made when the answer wasn't in a doc). Either is enough. A paragraph that names a tradeoff goes further than a paragraph that names tools.
